Each message you send the assistant costs a flat 1 credit, and anything it creates for you bills at the same standard rates as doing it yourself — so a caption drafted by the assistant is 1 + 2 credits, and asking it to schedule or publish costs nothing beyond the message. You're never charged twice for the same thing, and a turn that fails or is waiting on your approval is never charged. The assistant is included on Pro, Studio, and Scale.
